They provide reimbursement for citizens who experience medical expenses and lost wages as a result of being an innocent victim of a crime committed in the state. NC SAVAN operates a 24-hour toll-free automated offender information and notification service.<\/p>\n<p>Notifications are provided in English and Spanish, and translation services are available in more than 100 languages relative to services provided by NC SAVAN.
